KCPD has issued a Missing Endangered Person notice for Eliezer’Kyleq Robins Barbee, a 17-year-old Black male who has been missing since the evening of Tuesday, Sept. 15. His family is extremely concerned for his safety and well-being, according to the department.
Barbee, who is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and 210 pounds, was last seen around 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 15, in the area of East 108th and Ewing Streets. He was last seen wearing an unknown color of joggers, a black hoodie and a black pair of Jordan shoes.
