National Donut Day was started during World War I by the Salvation Army “Donut Lassies.” We’ve lassoed up some donut specials in south KC for this special day.

Dunkin’ Donuts is giving away a free donut with the purchase of a beverage.
Walmart is giving away one free donut to each customer visiting their bakery department.
