Jasper’s celebrates 20 years of friendship, local farming, and unforgettable food with the Annual Kurlbaum’s Heirloom Tomato Dinner! The Kurlbaum family produces some of the finest heirloom tomatoes in the Midwest, and this year’s menu honors both Italian heritage and the bounty of local agriculture. Featuring an Italian Bloody Mary infused with Calabrian peppers, Tomato Tonnato, Chilled Yellow Heirloom Tomato Soup, Sicilian Pasta with Heirloom Tomatoes and Local Cucuzza, Grilled Heritage Pork with roasted heirloom tomato panzanella, and Fresh Peach Mille Feuille with Mama Josephine’s Italian pastry cream. $80 per person plus tax and gratuity.
