Kansas City Parks and Recreation presents the 47th Annual Ethnic Enrichment Festival at Swope Park Bandstand! Celebrate the wonderful cultures that make Kansas City a diverse place to call home with food, music, crafts, and dance from around the world. Adults $5; children 12 and under free with an adult.
