The Heartland Caregiving Conference invites family caregivers in the Kansas City Metro to gather to learn best practices in self-care and caregiving, discover community resources that can help as they care for a loved one, and connect with others who share a similar experience.
Anyone who is currently caring for a loved one or sees caregiving in their future is invited to join us in kicking off National Family Caregivers Month in Kansas City. Our third annual conference will celebrate the vital care and selfless sacrifices of countless daughters, sons, husbands, wives, grandchildren, and nieces & nephews here in the metro provide every day.
