Wild Edibles: Frugal Foraging Folks – Weaving Reeds, Vines and Grass @ Anita B. Gorman Conservation Discovery Center

The Missouri Department of Conservation and the Frugal Foraging Folks team guide participants in making placemats from grasses, reeds and long leaves harvested while in season. Participants also receive seeds and bulbs to plant in their own yards for future foraging. Registration required (ages 12+).
