Dr. Ronald Fritz, president of the Center School District Board of Education, has achieved Master Board Member Certification by the Missouri School Boards’ Association (MSBA) for completing additional advanced training beyond the 18.5-hour mandatory training and annual refresher training all newly elected school board members are required to complete by state law.
