The City of Kansas City will host a Community Input Session on Monday, July 28 to discuss safety improvements to Holmes Road between Blue Ridge Blvd. and 135th St.
The meeting is 5 to 6 pm at Brookside Montessori, 430 E. Blue Ridge Blvd. Members of the public can learn more about the project plans from city staff and ask questions.
Proposed roadway improvements include widening the roadway to three lanes, installing a sidewalk and multi-use trail and adding new curbs and street lighting.
