Kansas City Fire Department responded to a reported house fire in the 6900 block of E 114th Street at 8:43 p.m on Saturday. On arrival, crews reported heavy smoke and fire, from a one-story residence. Interior operations were initiated on an offensive fire attack with two hose lines.
Searches of the structure were conducted and came back all clear. The fire was brought under control at 8:58 p.m.
No injuries or patients have been reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by KCFD. Red Cross has been ordered for three adults.
Dangerous Buildings and City Planning has been requested to the scene.
