Homemakers of Hickman Mills have fundraiser
Dining at the Blue Moose Bar & Grill at the Red Bridge Shopping Center on Wednesday, August 21, will help raise money for the Homemakers of Hickman MIlls, a local subsidiary of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs. From 5 to 10 pm, 15 percent of a participating customer’s food and beverage bill will be donated to GFWC. Simply mention GFWC or the Homemakers of Hickman Mills.
The GFWC locally supports Hospice House, Heifer International, Missouri Girls Town, Della Lamb, Grandview Assistance Program, Community Assistance Council and more. The group gathers monthly. For more information, contact Kathy LaFrensen at 816-500-1057.
