Martin City Melodrama holds garage sale fundraiser

The Martin CIty Melodrama & Vaudeville Co. is having a garage sale at their theatre on Saturday July 27 from 9 am to 6 pm and Sunday July 28 from noon until 6 pm. 

This garage sale is a rare opportunity for teachers, budding theaters or theater goers to shop for theater items used in Martin City Melodrama Co.’s 35 year history. The list includes props, sets, costumes, material, jewelry, tools, games for children and even dog items. 

There will be concessions available and raffle prizes and a chance to meet Martin City Melodrama’s pawformers. (Senior rescue dogs from area shelters.) 

The theatre needs to raise $7000 for a new air conditioner at their furever home, where they have been located for just two years. Donations included in addition to a purchase will be 100% tax deductible. 

The Martin city Melodrama is a non profit 501c3 organization . The theare’s mission continues to be making the spotlight accessible to everyone. From actors of all ages with special needs to senior rescue dogs.
