Shakir was last seen on 02-07-2023 around 0600 hours in the 110th /Cypress area. Shakir was last on foot wearing a
black hoodie with a white “V”, blue jeans and black Nike shoes. Family is very worried about Shakir due to his
current mental state. If Shakir is seen, please do not approach and call 911.
