Heather Nolen (W/F, 49 years of age)

a bun, hazel color eyes, and wearing a multi-color hoodie and
blue jeans.
Heather was last seen on foot near the intersection of Longview
Road and Richmond Avenue. Heather is suffering unknown
mental health issues and may be a danger to herself. If located,
