Kansas City fire crews responded to a reported house fire in the 7600 block of E, 79th street at 3:09 am. Companies reported heavy fire showing from a single-story occupied residence. Interior operations were initiated using multiple handlines. Searches of the structure were conducted and came back all clear. Companies are still actively working to get this fire under control. No injuries have been reported as of now. The cause of the fire will be investigated by KCFD. Red Cross has been ordered for three adults.
