
Children can personally visit with Santa Claus from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, December 16, at The Bay Water Park, 7101 Longview Rd. (a few blocks east of Blue Ridge) during Santa’s Wonderland festivities put on by the Kansas City Parks & Recreation Department.
The traditional holiday event will include free hot chocolate and goodies, sleigh rides and festive music.
It is presented by 6th District City Councilmen Kevin McManus and Scott Taylor, State Representative DaRon McGee, the Community Assistance Council, Crows Coffee, the Hickman Mills Educational Foundation, the Ruskin Heights Homes Association and the South Kansas City Alliance.
