Tutera Real Estate & Development has confirmed construction on a new 2,100 sq. ft. Starbucks coffeehouse complete with drive-thru, interior café, and outdoor patio seating at the corner of 90th and State Line.
The new development will incorporate the second level of the current standing two-story parking garage. Contractors involved include Phillco Construction, Klover Architects, Bob D. Campbell & Co., and Olsson Engineers. Anticipated opening is August 2021.
