A federal indictment alleges LeVota offered a candidate a job in exchange for dropping out of the race. 

Either Stacy Lake, Ryan Meyer, Holmes Osborne, Bill Baird, Dan Tarwater or Manuel Abarca, will run for Executive against Republican Alan Rohlfing on Nov. 3.

Votes are still being counted in the Kansas gubernatorial race.
