With 13 separate issues on the ballot besides the candidate races and yes/no retention votes on 13 judges, the November 8 ballot in KCMO and Jackson County is the longest in my memory. Although a lot of money has been spent on advertising supporting or opposing many of these issues, some very important ones have barely been publicly discussed.
