Kids and families are invited to Healthy Kids Day on Saturday, April 26 at the Cleaver Family YMCA located at 7000 Troost Avenue, from 10 am to 1 pm.
Free activities include a bounce house, yard games, group exercise classes and sidewalk art, along with free haircuts from Smiles and Kutz, vision screenings and a visit from the South Kansas City Fire Department, KC Library Bookmobile and Wayside Waifs.

Additional community partners include Level Up Kids, Kansas City Public Schools, Kanbe’s Markets and The Children’s Place.
Healthy Kids Day is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. More than 1,400 YMCA centers around the U.S. host Healthy Kids Day events each year.
