Kansas City fire crews responded to a reported house fire near 103rd and Richmond Ave. at 4:10 am. On arrival crews reported smoke and fire from a single-story occupied home. Interior operations using multiple handlines were initiated. Searches of the structure were conducted and came back all clear. No injuries were reported at this incident. City Planning and Dangerous Buildings were requested. Red Cross has been ordered for the occupants. The cause of the fire is under investigation by KCFD.
