Robandee was once a really shopping center. The Telegraph should have Diane Euston do an investigative report on what happened.
The story I heard was that basement flooding reached wires and the resulting arc started the fire. I also heard that building management knew about the issue sunday night, but did not take any action. The city and the neighborhoods have been on them for years. The cleanup is going to be awful, but at least it has to happen now.
