Jeanne Middaugh owns the Stillmeadow event space in Garden City, Missouri. She offered this salad recipe starring classic summer fruits with salty cheese and bold glaze.
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of Cubed Watermelon
- 1 Cup of Fresh Blackberries
- 2 Tablespoons of Fresh Mint (torn or slightly chopped)
- Zest from 1 lime
- Juice from same lime
- 2 Tablespoons of Feta Crumble
- Drizzle lightly with Balsamic Glaze
Directions:
Put all ingredients in order in a large bowl and let chill. Fresh, healthy, and delicious!
