Decorate your vehicle, get in your costumes and head over to Grandview’s Drive-Thru Trunk-or-Treat event! No need to get out of your vehicle, they’ll bring the candy right to your window! Hosted by Grandview Parks & Recreation, City of Grandview and The View.
