National Healthcare Decision Day (Pt. 1)

Join St. Joseph Medical Center for our National Healthcare Decisions Day 2-part event.

Part one takes place on Friday, April 16, 1:00-3:00 PM. Be part of the drive thru event at St. Joseph Medical Center (1000, Carondelet Dr.) main entrance roundabout (circle drive where people drop people off & pick up). There, you’ll receive a VIP (very important papers) packet for you, along with some goodies!

Part two takes place on Tuesday, April 20 from 5:00 – 6:30 PM. Join the virtual webinar to hear details about how to utilize the items you received in your packet. CMO, Dr. Michael Liston from St. Mary’s Medical Center, along with other industry professionals, will present important information during this forum.
