Following a brief period of blight, the former senior care property has been under renovation by IronDoor Management since 2024. 

The disassembled bridge is not the same one that Grandview is reassembling on the Harry S Truman Presidential Trail.

The restored bridge installation was a part of the original Presidential Trail plan in 2017, but the bridge hasn’t been erected there due to a lack of funding. The Bailey bridge was used as the Kenneth Road crossing in south Kansas City from 1996 until 2008.

He was last seen wearing a red Chiefs Jacket with White writing.

The operator was transported to a local hospital with critical injuries and is currently in critical condition.
